We just moved into the Fulton Lofts and have had a wonderful experience so far! Angel Tatum has made the process of moving in so seamless from submitting our application to getting our keys. The facilities are stunning and well care for. The maintenance team, and in particular the maintenance coordinator, Wallace, was so quick, detailed and professional with helping us during a move in task. We are so grateful to have joined such a phenomenal community and highly recommend it!

Great apartment community with really responsive management. The pool and gym are beautiful and Cabbagetown is quirky and fun! All in all a great place to live.

Love the building and the staff. The security is always helpful and the leasing office staff stays on top of things. It’s a wonderful place to live

I Love living here. It's a very diverse and quiet neighborhood. I love the fact that they love my dogs as well. The new gym is awesome, and I can't wait to see what the club room is like.

Great place to live…great location. Upgraded amenities. Close to all attractions and the highway. Lisa and the staff is very helpful and quick to respond to any requests that are needed.

It is lovely. I love all the renovations. The gym looks like it is going to be really nice. Anytime I have an issue, it is resolved quickly. The parking lot looks lovely.

Really liking it here so far. The leasing office has been helpful and responsive. The building is beautiful as well. I’ve had a few maintenance issues, but those have been resolved quickly so far.

The Fulton Cotton Mill community is so welcoming ! The people are great,and Cabbagetown is amazing. So many fun events to attend! Great place! Feels like home!
